Career Planning is about developing a personal intent (life purpose), that has personal meaning (core values), as a foundation for identifying the roles that present themselves as career opportunities.

Our approach applies our foundation living social systems domains in a workshop context where we engage you in a process that gives you a tangible plan to work on.

Our intent results meaning - learning model, shown opposite creates natural tensions between each of the domains that surface your subconscious talents, gifts and aptitudes and create a willingness to identify career roles.
