Learning and Development Discussion Guide
The Learning and Development Discussion Plan is a tool that enables the person seeking feedback to prepare for that discussion with some structure to guide them.
The Plan focuses on seven key steps that enable the Role Behaviour Feedback Report to be translated into learning activities.
The seven key steps are:

- identify potential growth opportunities
- identify personal talents
- identify development needs
- identify preferred work style
- identify appraisal gaps
- identify development opportunities
