This is a customisable on-line tool that provides up to 360 degree feedback on 45 behaviours based on our five behaviour cluster framework of:

• Managing People
• Managing Processes
• Managing Task/Technical Knowledge

The questionnaire process is fully automated and generate requests for feedback by email and then generates and sends the Feedback Report directly to the feedback seeker, and if required to his/her manager, as the basis for a self-managed Learning and Development discussion.
