Team CoachingOur approach is directed at developing learning teams rather than traditional teams. We focus on the learning development roles in teams and knowledge gathering roles in teams. We use an approach that has been researched and developed by Clutterbuck and Associates to establish the attributes of high performing teams see opposite. We then identify status of the roles in the team. We then work with the team to find the personal role preferences of the members of the team as a basis for our coaching contribution. The benefit of our approach is that it aligns the natural preferences of the team members with the critical roles in learning teams. |
