Self-Directed LearningSelf-Directed Learning is about seeing the abundance of opportunities that exist for learning in your work environment. Our approach involves you in identifying a range of pressing and difficult to resolve issues that seem like problems that you would like to go away. We get you to use a simple tool to identify the learning required to resolve these problems, called the Why I cant How I will tool. Because you are precluded from considering Why I cant the process generates many creative ways to solve the problem and provides a shift I mindset that is the foundation of self-directed learning. We then introduce you to the natural feedback loop. See opposite. This is offered as a one day workshop. |
