Personal Coaching

Our approach to Personal Coaching is based on recognising and validating the your existing experience, skills and knowledge. Our aim is to improve a your versatility in differing contexts, and focuses mainly on attitude awareness as the starting point.

We use Geier Learning tools to enable you to explore how the manager gives meaning to your work by surfacing the underlying attitude, patterns and habits that drive your own behaviour: to develop self-insight.

We then engage you in challenging the results you are presently getting (reality, reputation) as a basis for developing your own personal intent (vision, goals) specifically so you can identify an action-learning

 

The final element of our approach is on learning through feedback from others who need to understand your intentions and how interactions with others can be managed through developing new skills and behaviours: to develop self-management.

The benefit of our approach is that you can build on your existing experience by attaining greater self-awareness and other awareness as a foundation for developing your leadership/role contribution. Our approach creates a non-threatening way for you to seek and act on multi-rater feedback on your own practices, after you have an understanding of your reactive, proactive and integrative patterns of behaviour.
