Ian has extensive business experience in both strategic and operational management roles in the primary, secondary, tertiary and not-for-profit sectors. He has substantial depth and breadth of professional experience gained in various senior executive roles in Australian and international businesses, including as Human Resources Director and Information Technology Director. He is an Associate Director of the highly regarded Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education at Melbourne Business School and was a fulltime member of the Directing Staff as Head of Knowledge Management at the then Mt Eliza Business School for seven years.

Jill has significant experience in senior human resource management roles in medium and large businesses and has a comprehensive understanding of human resource systems. She is an accredited facilitator of the Certificate of Business (Frontline Leadership) programs, an accredited trainer for Team Management Systems and Geier Learning Systems tools, and is an accomplished workshop facilitator and coach. Jill is also an experienced remuneration packaging specialist and is an expert in payroll management and systems.
